Thoughts after working out

I did another 30 minutes while watching Law and Order SVU. I am gritty with salt and sweaty and wishing I could go dive in the pool but it is too cool now. I am going to finish watching SVU then get in the shower. It is late and now I am too keyed up to sleep. Maybe I will clean for a while.
