9-year-old pleads guilty to manslaughter

This makes me ill. I think the little girl needs to be placed in a loving yet very strictly controlled foster home and her parents need to go to prison. Somewhere along the lines they let her think this was acceptable behavior.

I totally agree. I can't understand why our culture punishes children who are so troubled already. What good can come of this child being in prison? There is no justice for anyone here.
